Review of Eden Lake (2008) by Patrick B — 30 Sep 2010
This was one emotionally draining movie! But it was also freaking intense! The tension escalates at an alarming rate, the script is well-written, and Jack O'Connell plays one of the most sadistic teens to come around since Alex DeLarge in "A Clockwork Orange".
If you want a movie to keep you up at night, check out Eden Lake. They don't make these kinds of movies in the U.S. That's for sure!
