Review of Eden Lake (2008) by John T — 15 Jan 2011
Way better than I thought it would be. This is about a couple who goes to a beach and a group of MUCH younger kids harass them. They have the option of just leaving their romantic weekend or confronting the group.
The kids are just ass holes and stuff gets out of hand quickly. As it escalates the couple must run for their lives. It's so frustrating this movie as you get a sense of powerlessness. It also had a pretty good ending which caught me off guard.
