An interesting premise and some decent tunes won't make a good movie! Some bad acting here and there (I'm looking at you Helen Schneider!) and a lame script are just a few of the factors holding this back.
Cruisers is watchable none the less. Look out for the appearance of a boom mike in a scene that missed the editing floor.
