I'll go ahead and fully commit to Four Stars here. I'm not really sure why I like this film so much. Love the scene where Eddie has Word Man (Tom Berenger) play "Dark Side" just a little faster on the keyboard...and it all comes together beautifully.
"Tender Years", as cheesy as it is, is still a great song. Nice touch by the Word Man on the fade out while playing out with the band somwhere.
With the focus on people and specific events, the 60's setting seems like an afterthought.
