Review of Ed Wood (1994) by Gabriel K — 26 Jan 2014
I've never heard of Ed Wood before seeing this movie, but the premise of a movie about "worst director of all time" was compelling enough to check it out. It's an uneven mix of being hilarious in one scene and being sad in the next, and shot in black & white, I presume it's supposed to bring 50's nostalgia.
I honestly didn't feel it, but then again, I've never been nostalgic of the movies from that era, or a fan of Tim Burton.
