I liked Eagle Eye and people are right when saying that this is quite similar (high tech computer went haywire). However, Eagle Eye was a good movie and Echelon Conspiracy did quite a few things right.
It's definitely a special interest movie but if you are interested in this kind of thing you might want to watch it.
