Review of Ebola Syndrome (1996) by Adam M — 20 Aug 2007
A troubled man kills his boss with a pair of scissors and decides to flee to South Africa. We learn there are disease-ravaged villages minutes away from Johannesburg (complete with actual geek shows!). Our hero makes the mistake of sleeping with a comatose infected woman by a lake, before realizing his mistake and executing her with a rock. Needless to say he spends the rest of the film finding new and inventive ways to spread the Ebola virus, as he just so happens to be able to carry it without suffering any symptoms (?!). Now on a mission, he heads back to Hong Kong. Needless to say, some wacky hijinks ensue when he rapes his boss's wife and makes her into "African Buns" to serve to an unsuspecting populace.
If you've made it this far, either you will find this hilarious or downright disturbing. Personally I find it a lot funnier than "Untold Story".
