Feels like an infomercial. Well it does contain a lot of useful information, it relies too much on anecdotal and personal stories and two little on Hard science. I am not in disagreement with the basic criticisms and observations of the film, but if they want to win people over they need more than feel-good stories and tales of "miracle cures".
Also, the film is overly long.
