Review of Eat That Question: Frank Zappa in His Own Words (2016) by Suzie S — 23 Jun 2016
Although comprised entirely of clips from pre-existing material, Eat That Question is still a sincere and fresh portrait of the one-and-only Frank Zappa. Edited in a way that's both fluid and telling, the doc shows Zappa's most earnest moments in both interviews and concert footage, while retaining a sense of humor that would do the man proud.
Zappa heads aren't likely to discover anything new about their idol here, but detractors may find a new appreciation for him here.
