To an extent, this movie is about a mid-life crisis and how the main character deals with said crisis. As I've also seen "Hall Pass" recently, that movie also deals with a mid-life crisis in some regards. But getting back to this movie, the title itself of "Eat Pray Love" is divided into three components: "Eat" in Italy, "Pray" in India, and "Love" in Bali. I won't give the movie away but I will say that I understand it, and it isn't bad. Some parts are funny and others are raw and try to hit a nerve when the nerve should be hit because the content is supposed to be like that.

Though this movie may not have the answers you seek in your own mid-life crisis, it does give a perspective on one person's attempt at trying to overcome their own crises. And it does do it with an entertaining manner. So if you get to see it, I hope you can enjoy it as I did.
