It is truly impossible to watch this movie and not be hungry afterward. Extremely funny, wonderfully smart, and truly original, this culinary masterpiece focuses on the lives and loves of three very different women and how they relate to their father, perceived as a conservative force represented by his ancient knowledge of cooking.

When everyone in the family meets up for their weekly feast, several major events happen that challenge everyone to accept love for the illogical feeling it is. An incredible film!
