A landmark film that began (along with Bonnie and Clyde, The Graduate, Midnight Cowboy), the age of 'New Hollywood'...This is America in 1969, and it is hot and bothered, and rapidly changing. 'Easy Rider' is not a perfect film, but it is one of the most historically significant (socially and cinematically) pictures of the 20th Century.
