Review of Easy Come, Easy Go (1928) by Michael W — 29 Aug 2015
Elvis is a former Navy scuba diver who teams up with his beatnik musician pal (Pat Harrington), a hippie chick (Dodie Marshall) and an old kid's television host (Frank McHugh) to find a sunken treasure.
They are in competition with a spoiled, rich chick with the hots for Elvis (Pat Priest) and her mean-spirited hanger-on (Skip Ward). Lots of hi-jinks ensue. Not bad for an Elvis film, but Elsa Lanchester's brief appearance as a yoga instructor must be the single worst musical number to ever appear in an Elvis film.
