Review of Eastern Promises (2007) by Ryan K — 19 May 2013
A solid follow up to the brilliant A History of Violence, with yet another mind bender of a performance from Viggo Mortenson. My only complaints are that Naiomi Watts character does some pretty absurd things, and the ending is a little too abrupt.
If any of Cronenberg's movies demands a sequel, it's this one.
