Review of Eastern Promises (2007) by Chris W — 28 Jul 2010
Eastern Promises had a lot to Promise for, and it really did deliver. It was a nice surprise to see Naomi Watts in this, alongside Viggo Mortensen in a relatively small film. An interesting albeit familiar storyline, but was well enjoyed all the same.
(plus to those who fancy Viggo, you get to see his twig and berries at one point).
