Review of East Is East (1999) by Sahar S — 27 Oct 2009
Is very interesting and portrays the struggle of migrants to keep and maintain their identity and traditions wether relevant or not. I just tend to believe that they over-stated it in making the father that brutal, but I guess, in certain families, it might be very true! I'm sure things totally changed now!!
