Very entertaining 50s special effects (i.e. models of monuments that are repeatedly hit by UFOs) and the wonky colour make every scene seem like a kitschy novelty postcard. Best line has to be during a battle with the saucers, the scientist picks up a radio to command: "Keep firing at saucers.
".
