An alien race surrounds the planet with flying saucers and gives Earth an ultimatum of sixty days to surrender. The usual B-movie flying saucer science fiction from the fifties, making the most out of the bigger budget by creating a great look with some cool special effects mixed with black and white photography.
It's still shallow and to a certain extent even easily laughable.
