This movie is just out-and-out fun! Geena Davis proves she can do anything in this satire of life in Southern California ... the only place in the Universe a spaceship could land and no one would notice! Take note of the soundtrack, including two songs (with videos!) by Julie Brown.
Early roles for Jim Carey and Damon Wayans when they were fairly unknown and actually funny. Michael McKean is an underrated genius in a hilarious (and occasionally understated) scene-stealing role.
