A perfect snapshot of the late 80s to early 90s...Jim Carrey in an early role, playing an Alien reminiscent of the Grinch.
This is the view of Los Angeles I remember and want to visit!
The acting is bad, the filming is awful, the sound is crap BUT THE FILM IS FANTASTIC!
