Very 80s, very LA, very Bitchin. This movie could have easily been a flop, but somehow it works. Maybe it is the all-star cast. Maybe it is the over the top wackiness of the Aliens. Maybe it is the loudness of the setting.
Together it makes it an entertaining time with some nostalgia especially if you owned anything you see in the movie and are like "What was I thinking?".
