Wow - NOT like N.P. in that it wasn't trying...it just was. LOVED the animation bits - they really tied together the whole he's rotten but she loves him thing. I totally disagree that he was too bad to be sympathetic, I completely understood why he was being the way he was and loved that she pretty much saw right through it and was waiting on the other side.
Am I just a sucker for a bad boy, ahem - geek? Perhaps. The styling and soundtrack were perfect. And of course #1 reason I loved this flick? I got the NZ slang so felt like an insider! Shepherds Pie for tea?!? Sweet as ;).
