Review of Eagle vs Shark (2007) by Dustin H — 18 Jan 2009

Cute. It's a New Zealand-y romantic comedy version of "Napoleon Dynamite" basically. I probably found this way funnier than most people since the movie does then try to take itself seriously at times.

I wasn't fully on board with the more serious themes at play but the awkwardness of the characters is captured nicely. Good "date" movie!
