Review of Eagle vs Shark (2007) by Dan S — 23 Oct 2009
Aside from a couple of gags the movie isn't funny, it's male lead is just doing a comatose version of his Flight of the Conchords character while mistreating our socially awkward heroine. What is most unappealing is how the girl continues to long after him when she gets virtually no reciprication, and this is supposedly played for laughs.
The film borrows liberally from "Napoleon Dynamite," but retains none of that movie's clumsy charms.
