Review of Eagle Eye (2008) by Gessie H — 31 Aug 2010
Shia LaBeouf stars as Jerry Shaw, a young guy who fails at life. After the death of his brother and a generous donation of money from his parents, he returns to his apartment to find boxes and boxes of weapons and destructive toys.
He then receives a mysterious phone call from an Unknown Number telling him that he has 30 seconds to leave the apartment. Meanwhile a mother of a young boy going off to DC to play the trumpet for the President was also receiving messages and calls from seemingly the same person.
These two cross paths and try to help each other as best they can to follow 'Her' directions and not get killed. A story filled with plot twists and plenty of suspense, it's the perfect flick for those who love action, thrills and unexpected peculiarity.
