Review of Eagle Eye (2008) by Dave C — 13 Dec 2010
Pretty good adrenaline rush of a movie starring mister adrenaline rush himself in Shia LaBeouf. He is tailor made for this role which sort of reminds me of Enemy of the State. It's a take on the idea that there is no place to truly hide in this world, and explores what it might be like when technology starts to self destruct. Monaghan is also very well cast here.
It really is just pure entertainment, and on that level it works very well. It keeps you on the edge of your seat with never a dull moment.
