Review of Eagle Eye (2008) by Julia G — 02 Jan 2012

I found this movie to be fast paced, exciting, detailed, and I liker that it had a few nice plot twists to keep it interesting. Shia LaBeouf did a very nice job in with the lead role of an action thriller.

Michelle Monaghan probably was not the best choice for the leading lady and companion but the movie does not suffer too much from her performance. It is not an all-new concept for a movie, but then again, it is hardly predicable either and it is executed very well.

It comments the value of personal freedom and freedom of speech in an age of increasing observation. Eagle Eye delivers plenty of thrills and is a smart movie and I enjoyed it.
