Review of Eagle Eye (2008) by Luke R — 31 Dec 2012

Whilst I understand that the point of this movie is not to be 100% believable, it probably would have been better served sticking a touch closer to reality. The whole "computer taking over the world and killing the president" theme was a bit much, however that isn't to say the movie didn't have it's decent moments.

Shia LaBeouf is okay here, but does he have to play the same (or similar) character in each film? And was it just me, or was the ending extraordinarily similar to 'Get Smart'? In all, perhaps 15 minutes too long but a watchable movie with little else showing at the cinema at the time we saw this film.
