Review of Eagle Eye (2008) by Toni L — 11 May 2013
I went to see this movie by myself for the 1st time of my life, usually I go with either my friends of my family, and I thought it was very, very good. D.J. Caruso directed a kick ass movie about 2 strangers: a hustlin', copy shop guy (Shia LaBeouf) and a single mother (Michelle Monaghan) who are thrown into a series of increasingly dangerous situations - using every day technology (cell phones, computers, etc.
) to track and control their every move. I thought both LeBeouf and Monaghan were terrific and Billy Bob Thorton's performance as the FBI agent after LeBeouf was also terrific. The Chicago car chase scene was the best scene I liked.
It's crazy that everything we use in today's technology is being monitored, I think it's creepy, what do you think?
