Maybe one of the most disappointing movie climaxes in the history of bad movie climaxes. Attempts to be original with its premise (i.e. Big Brother is watching you) but it feels like a big cop-out. Judging from the action sequences and special effects this film had a sizable budget.
What a waste of money. As Elaine on Seinfeld said once "It's a like a big-budget film with a plot that goes NOWHERE!" That eloquently sums up this film. A story that has lots of fireworks behind it but when it comes time for the payoff it's like getting hit in the face by a wet wash rag.
