A very good detective/film noir genre film. However it is a shame that it was so poorly produced. The film is disjointed with voice over exposition, very little background explanation, overly excessive scene wipes, poor make-up quality and a general lack of punchy dialogue.
I felt like I was watching 2 hour television pilot.
