Review of Dying Young (1991) by Phil L — 03 Oct 2006
Kinda cliched, but really really good. Celebrates life and an enduring romance. It's beautiful. Loved it. I'm absolutely stunned by the plot of it and the acting... the acting was brilliant. The two fall in love after Hilary (Julia Roberts) is hired as a 'nurse' to care of him as he has leukemia but she doesn't have the required qualifications for a nurse and she's rather ignorant.
But they end up falling in love when he insists that they go away cuz his chemo's over. The plot really tests their love. It's brilliant.
