It's those horror films you would never suspect from it, a mix of italian horror and 70's and 80's slasher films, cause in the movie you would think it's just a regular slasher film hell the guy searchers for victims who are unloved and lonley, he has sex with them then kills them and after he kills.
but in truth he is a shape shifter who can take on any form. it also has that end of the world feel to it cause in that scene when he gets out of the train and is walking through the town and their is dirt, and debre and abandom and broken down cars like he sort of the bringer of doomed world.
