The second film of Tony Gilroy who's also the director and writer of Michael Clayton. He's certainly a great writer (bourne identity, the devils advocate...)But this movie is carried by its amazing cast of Julia Roberts, Clive Owen, Paul Giamatti and Tom Wilkinson.
The movie is overloaded and the cuts between the scenes are most of the time not comprehensible.
