The plot was incredibly simple made seemingly complicated by inconsistency of time. It was like the people making the film forgot to shoot various parts of the film and just put them in randomly. The twist ending is till quite satisfying though.
The film also got quite tedious during the middle and felt like it wasn't really going anywhere switching between super serious business scenes and romance scenes. Albeit the romance scenes were well-done.
On a side note Clive Owen's performance was absolutely sublime.
