Review of Duplex (2003) by Archibald T — 03 Oct 2009
Two respectfully nice people are put to the test when they buy a duplex with a tenant who lives on the second floor. The tenant is a sweet little Irish lady who literally sabotage's the couple's life.
When the couple reach their breaking point with the constant demands from the old lady they try their best to kill her. You feel bad for this couple, but you also kind of root for the old lady as well since this couple could just as easily move out instead resorting to wanting to kill this old woman from hell.
At times it meanders and the comedy is flat, but other times it's hilarious and gross. Still not all bad.
