Review of Duplex (2003) by Jonathan H — 01 Aug 2009
I never though I'd so actively root for the death of an old woman.
This is a cute little movie that is totally devoid of any real character development. There are enough giggles and grins to make it entertaining, but it probably won't stick with you for too long afterwards. This was one of those "glad I got it on Netflix and didn't spend money at thetheatre for it" movies.
Eileen Russell is great as the high maintenance upstairs tenant, though.
