Review of Dunkirk (2017) by Jin T — 05 Jan 2018
Movies that Nolan made like Inception and The Dark Knight has a knack for intense prolonging repetitive soundtrack. It's what I've noticed, especially in this movie.
Dunkirk is another war drama film that reminds us again how tragic war can be. The acting is superb, the story is precise and this keeps you interested throughout the movie. I like how it shows the struggles the soldiers had to go through. But I wished we've seen the German's side of all these things happening in Dunkirk but I guess this particular story focuses on the British and a little bit of the French military.
Although, it's a very good movie and Nolan always seem to execute these things pretty damn well. Now I wonder what's his next movie.
