Review of Dunkirk (2017) by Brian S — 05 Mar 2018
From Christopher Nolan, who previously brought us The Prestige (2006), a movie that blew my mind away, comes a fantastic war film that shows us the horrors of battle and mankind itself. There isn't a lot of dialogue, but the movie shocks us with suspense, atmosphere and a whole bunch of explosions and gun fights, all held together by a good cast.
Dunkirk is a amazingly well made movie, and is very touching, emotional and intense and critics are right, this is one of the best war movies ever made, and one of the best of 2017. Recommended !!
