Review of Dunkirk (2017) by Jack F — 30 Dec 2017

OK, I know, it was a brilliant movie, I hear you say. Although it had quite a few good qualities, Dunkirk wasn't quite the movie it was said to be. I loved some aspects, such as the awesome opening scene and how beautifully filmed it was, it had flaws as well.

I might have missed something, but a lot of the time I hadn't a clue what was going on. I also felt it was really over hyped, and showed most of the best parts in the trailer. Finally, a nitpick, but it really annoyed me, the best two characters got screwed.
