The way the film jumped around with the story timeline was a little confusing in some parts but once you understand that is how it's been filmed, all is good. In fact, it was great to be able to see a relative snapshot of the events from a selection of viewpoints and how individual actions impacted on each other.

Well worth watching while in the cinema to get the sound quality. The noise alone from the German fighters dive bombing the beaches must have struck awful fear in those that witnessed it.
