Yes, all the cliches of a fantasy movie have been serverd... however - very nicely put together, combined in a reasonable story and presented with capable actors. Intererstingly, the plot never becomes boring even without constant action or overused fancy special effects.
Great entertainment (if you're into D&D even more!).
