You know, it's so bad it's good. I found it entertaining, if ONLY for Jeremy Irons, who is amazing, running around in snappy outfits being evil and whatnot. Thora Birch sucks hXc in this movie, but everyone else is acceptable.
I found it delightfully entertaining, so I didn't care that it wasn't that great.
