Review of Dungeons & Dragons (2000) by Karina W — 28 Jan 2009
Noisy, hyperactive and pretty poor fantasy codswallop with some charmless juveniles fighting villainous Jeremy Irons (has such a good actor ever given such a terrible performance? What was he thinking accepting this???) .
The laziest episode of the likes of Merlin is stunningly good in comparison. Only Bruce Payne's blue-lipsticked heavy and some brief cameos from Richard O'Brien and Tom Baker relieve the relentless tediousness of it all.
Not good - one for completists of cast members only.
