Review of Dune (2021) by Lostintime09 — 31 Jul 2022
I didn't expect much going into this movie and knew next to nothing about the novel but I was blown away but the subtlety and artistry in this movie. A lot of sci-fi movies end up becoming unnecessarily long displays of special effects and action sequences to show off their big budgets but this movie is quite intelligent and isn't afraid to dig deep into its social and philosophical themes.
