Review of Dune (2021) by Adamendetail — 24 Nov 2021
Dune was indeed epic and beautiful, undeniably - it is truly visually stunning. While the soundtrack to the movie is one of the most exceptional work (the overly indulged) Hans Zimmer has put forward recently.
The movie is exceptional and intriguing to watch albeit through its appropriate slow-paced scenes that are full of intensity, feeling, and suspense. All put together picture perfectly and carried out immaculately by all involved.
Its ending however - left much to be desired as it feels terribly unfulfilled and inconclusive. Putting increased pressure on the sequel to go above and beyond in fulfilling audiences on all that both movies should be.
