Beautiful but shallow interpretation of the book designed to make the source material more accessible. Also suffers from a weak leading character and a plethora of boring performances, all from otherwise competent and skilled actors.
I have no interest in watching this movie again. In fact, I’d rather see a movie about the Sardaukar than watch part two of Dune.
