Dumbo is definitely one of the my favorite Disney films from the Golden Age, it is just a magically told story about how the world treats uniqueness, and how that uniqueness can either take you exactly where you always dreamed of going or to where you've never wanted to go.

It is honestly, one of Disney's most poignant messages, because this is a message that every child and adult needs to hear, and cannot be told to often. There are so many individuals out there with unique characteristics, however, many of them feel alienated and tortured because of it, and this picture is here to tell you to embrace it.

It does it in such an uplifting fashion too, giving us insightful songs and dialogue that make this story even more wonderous than it already was. Although, it isn't anything special as far as animation goes, but the screenplay and atmosphere more than make up for it.

The pink elephants scene though, is one of the trippiest, most creative things ever to be in a Disney film, and I praise the animation for that scene, but the rest of the animation is just pretty good.

Dumbo is a top 10 Disney film in my opinion, one that has very memorable characters like, Timothy, Dumbo, Jumbo, and the crows, but also one that has the best dialogue of any Disney film to that point.

If it has been awhile since you've seen Dumbo, you need to see it soon.
