Review of Dumbo (1941) by Brandon S — 26 Sep 2009
Dumbo is a flawless comedy with beautiful meaning. It is a classic and shall always be one, so it definitely has some kind of stance. With an incredible score, Dumbo reaches to new hights in drama, laughs, and adventure.
Whether or not you would call Dumbo a classic, depends on how you see the film community. Dumbo really is a masterpiece, and if you didn't like it when you saw it, then there's a chance these type of films won't work for you.
Highly appreciated and welcomed, Dumbo's characteristics and solid defintions are powered by wonderful plot techniques, and enhances its "big-eared elephant" into something a little bit more.
It's not a moral in my opinion, even though I believe it is supposed to be one, to me it's a stunning piece of art with no meaning but to amaze.
