The fact that this film actually had a theatrical release says something about the studio's expectations.
The performances by Derek Richardson and Eric Christian Olsen resound with those of Carrey and Daniels and is commendable. Everything else about this film is as stupid as possible, and certainly does aim to exceed any expectations.
As long as you don't have any, you won't be disappointed.
